After more than a month of running the donation booth at Little India Arcade, it was finally closed on 29th September.

Mr. S Iswaran, Minister for Communications and Information, was the guest-of-honour at the closing ceremony. He spoke briefly on how the Malayalee community here maintains very strong ties to their language, culture and has family here.
